Process · Email-first
A website process that starts with a plain email
Share the basics of your local business and what you need help with. I reply with a practical direction, confirm scope before work starts.
From first note to approved launch
Each stage has a clear stopping point. You can ask a question or request a review without committing to a website project.
- 01
Stage 1 · Getting oriented
Send business info
Email your business name, services, service area, and a current website link if you have one. A rough note is fine.
Note: Email-first; no form required.
- 02
I review the current site or need
If you share a website, I look at how clear it is for customers. If you do not have one yet, I focus on what a first site should explain.
Note: This is the first practical review.
- 03
Stage 2 · Finding the right direction
I prepare a simple direction
I outline the content and contact path that would make sense for your type of business and local customers.
Note: Clear direction, not complicated tech talk.
- 04
Confirm scope and package
I propose a sensible starting package and any needed scope details. Nothing is built until you approve that direction.
Note: Scope is agreed first.
- 05
Stage 3 · Building with approval
Build and review
After scope is approved, I prepare the website for your review. You check service details, wording, contact direction, and supplied business information.
Note: Practical corrections are discussed before launch.
- 06
Launch and support, if approved
Launch preparation and optional hosting and care happen only after you approve the site direction and next steps.
Note: Optional support begins only if selected.
